Folded-To Decision Framework

  1. Locate your hand on the grid. Suited or offsuit? The suit check is the difference between a raise and a fold on the boundary.
  2. Check the tier color. Green+ (65%+) = raise for value. Yellow (50-65%) = raise for fold equity. Red (<50%) = fold.
  3. If raised on, compare to the 60% line. Above 60% can call a 3-bet. Below 60% should fold to a 3-bet.
  4. Multi-way: As opponents increase, break-even shifts. Vs 3 opponents you need ~25% equity. Tighten up.

Key Principles

  1. Monotonicity: Any hand above-left of another on the grid is always stronger. No memorization needed.
  2. Suited Lift: Suited hands sit 2-4% above their offsuit counterparts. 76s outranks 87o.
  3. Blocker Effects: A-x hands reduce BB's probability of having premiums. Dual value: card + blocker.
  4. Mid pairs decay fastest in multi-way pots. Suited hands decay least across every category.
